The Black Widow is on a mission, looking for a new terrorist in a creepy warehouse. She enters and begins her search with her gun ready. Suddenly, a stocking is wrapped around her throat from behind, and she is strangled. The Terrorist opens up her suit and exposes her breasts.

The Black Widow wakes up in her bed thinking she had a nightmare. She shakes her head and gets dressed. Next, the Widow enters the warehouse again and her throat is slit by the Terrorist. She wakes up confused in her bed again. She gets dressed and leaves. Suddenly she finds herself on a stool with a rope around her neck. The stool is pulled out and she slowly hangs. Her boot is kicked off, exposing her bare foot as she struggles. Once she dies, the Terrorist opens up her suit. The Widow wakes up again and goes back to the warehouse, and she is shot in the head. The same thing happens again, and her neck is broken, but this time she finds a file in the Terrorist's position. It happens again, and she is manually strangled and then stripped naked.

The Widow wakes up naked and freaks out. She finds the file she located in her dream earlier next to the bed. She reads it and storms out. Later, The Widow confronts her handler, she knows something is going on, and they did something to her mind. She demands answers, but all he can offer her is a poison pill. The Widow takes it and the poison violently kills her. She dies with her eyes open.
